Charlotte, Tennessee
Tuckahoe Farm is owned and operated by Ryan Pattengale and Josh Randolph — two friends who share a deep love for this land and a vision for what it could be for the people of Middle Tennessee and beyond.
Our families are genuinely excited to open this place up — to filmmakers, musicians, couples, riders, adventurers, and anyone looking to connect with something real. Tuckahoe Farm isn't just a venue. It's a piece of Tennessee — with riverfront access onto the Harpeth River, rolling pastures, working barns, and real history — that we're proud to share.
The original "T" — still standing
Long before Tuckahoe Farm became the creative destination it is today, this land belonged to one of country music's most iconic figures. As a young girl, Tanya Tucker — the Texas-born singer who became a legend before she was twenty — called this property home during her formative years in Tennessee.
The same fields she roamed, the same Tennessee sky she looked up at, remain unchanged. That original "T" still stands on the chimney — a quiet mark left behind by a legend, still watching over the farm.
It's part of what makes Tuckahoe Farm unlike any other property near Nashville. The land has always drawn artists, dreamers, and storytellers — and it still does.
